Alyssa Sitkowski Law Clerk
Alyssa is a Law Clerk and J.D. Candidate at the University of Illinois Chicago, School of Law. She began at the Business Law Group as a Legal Administrative Assistant and returned as a Law Clerk after completing her first year of law school. As a Law Clerk, Alyssa conducts legal research and analysis, drafts legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other related documents. She is proficient in legal research and writing, document preparation and review, case management, and document filing in state and federal courts. Overall, Alyssa provides legal support for the Business Law Group and its clients. Alyssa is a reliable team player who’s dedicated to providing accurate and comprehensive legal assistance.
Alyssa graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with emphases in European Studies and Italian Language, in addition to a minor in Art History. She studied for one semester in Florence, Italy, where she practiced her fluency in the Italian language, and studied art history, cultural history, and international affairs.
Alyssa is currently a rising 2L at the University of Illinois Chicago, School of Law, and is projected to graduate in the spring of 2026. During her first year of law school, Alyssa competed in a trial advocacy competition, joined the Women’s Law Caucus and the Justinian Society, and achieved Dean’s List recognition for both the fall and spring semesters. This upcoming semester, Alyssa will write an article for the Review of Intellectual Property Law, an academic honors journal offered at the University of Illinois Chicago, School of Law.
In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dogs, exercising, cooking, and traveling.
