Katherine Kline
Paralegal
Kate began her career as an intern with the William Rainey Harper College and has earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Kate became a full-time paralegal with the Business Law Group in March of 2022. Since joining the firm, Kate finds the fast-paced nature of the firm’s litigation work, coupled with the diversity of cases that we handle, both interesting and intellectually stimulating. In her role as a paralegal, Kate focuses her efforts on managing cases, drafting and filing documents with federal and state courts, reviewing and organizing discovery responses, preparing exhibits and binders for trials and evidentiary hearings, and filing corporate documents with the Illinois Secretary of State’s office. By providing support for the attorneys on our team and the firm’s clients, Kate’s commitment is to provide an environment where communication is facilitated, and standards are met. In addition to being a paralegal, Kate is also a licensed notary public, providing notary services for the Business Law Group and its clients.
When she’s not at the office, Kate enjoys being outside, reading, exploring new places, and working out.
